    SIM Card is active for 30 days from initial activation

    Please make sure your phone is unlocked and can take an
    alternate SIM. Put a SIM from another network in your phone and see that it
    works. If not contact your mobile operator and request unlocking.

    We recommend you activate only on arrival in Ireland.

    Place the SIM in your phone. Switch off/on. After a period you will see the bars appear ( it can take several minutes- don’t panic) and you will receive a message with your SIM number.

    When in N Ireland/UK it will operate with EU roaming allowances
    When in N Ireland, Scotland, UK, Europe please ensure your mobile data
    roaming is activated.
