Due to force majeure circumstances, if you decide to cancel your order, we will require at least 5 days notice before the actual delivery date. In this case, we will offer a full refund minus the seller fee.

If the cancellation occurs within 3 days or 2 hours prior to the delivery date, no refunds will be issued.

Once the refund has been made, it will take 5 to 10 business days to reach your account.
